How are we different from Other Insurance Agencies?
We pay our agents the same no matter what plan you choose. Their only incentive is to give you completely unbiased advice, and hopefully earn your trust for life.
Before talking to any agent, ask them if they make exactly the same amount no matter what plan you choose. Or if they have sales bonuses tied to any one plan or insurer. If they earn more in some than others, you are talking to a sales person, not an advisor. In that case, have your guard up, or better yet, call us :)

The difference is simple: insurance companies try to sell your their product, even if it’s not the best one for you. We learn about you, and then compare ALL the insurance companies to find the best fit just for YOU. We make sure you don't get caught by marketing or hard sales tactics, and don't get stuck in sub-par coverage. Your plan needs to actually cover you when you need it.

Why Do I Need Advice?
Medicare is Medicare, right?
Unfortunately, Medicare is anything but simple, and the time when you first qualify for Medicare is a critical one. If you make the right choices, you can be protected for life, and receive all sorts of benefits. Get bad advice and make mistakes? You could be paying penalties and/or lose benefits for the rest of your life.
Some specific things you must know as you age into Medicare:
- Medicare does not cover prescription drugs. You have to enroll in a separate Rx plan called a PDP.
- Medicare charges you 20% of all outpatient doctor visits. This can be a crushing financial blow if you have a serious condition, but it's easy to cover this exposure with the right advice, no matter your financial situation.
- Medicare doesn’t automatically give you dental, vision or hearing coverage. These are plans you have to elect into. We can often get them for you at $0 additional cost.
- The time when you first qualify for Medicare is a really important one, and there are real penalties for getting things wrong. We make sure this never ever happens to our clients.
